4. Refund Amount & Timeframe
The refund amount will depend on the payment made and applicable terms. Generally:
If cancellation is made 7 days before the start of the course — a full or pro-rated refund may be discussed.
After the course starts, refunds may be limited or unavailable, except under special circumstances.
Refund processing usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Once we receive your request, we will verify it and respond within 7–14 business days.

In case of medical emergencies, government orders, or unavoidable circumstances, please attach supporting documents while requesting a refund. We may provide assistance on a case-by-case basis.
7. Disputes & Governing Law
In the event of any dispute, Indian laws will apply and the matter will be resolved through the nearest competent court/forum.
